More than 40,000,000 men and women have served, or are serving, in the United States military.

Since 2007, the Veterans Plaza has honored their service and is dedicated to educating future generations regarding the role veterans have played in guaranteeing your freedom.

The Veterans Plaza allows citizens to be a part of something larger than themselves. It provides a place of beauty where we can recognize the selfless service and sacrifices made by veterans, especially those living among us.

Annually we salute a generation of warriors.  In 2015, we paid tribute to our WWII Veterans and their fallen.  In 2016, we honored our Korean War veterans.  In 2017, the Traveling Vietnam Wall came to the Plaza and over 30,000 visitors made the trek to experience this historic sight.  The Cold War Veterans were honored in 2018.  In 2019, our Gulf War Veterans were highlighted with a ceremony at the Plaza and a dinner/dance.

May 26 – 31, 2021, for the Memorial Day Weekend, we will be bringing back to the Plaza the largest traveling Vietnam Wall.  It will arrive on May 26, be assembled on the 27st and remain through Monday, May 31st.

As part of our commitment to educating citizens in regards to the service and sacrifice of our military, we have speakers available to come to your location to share their experiences.  These speakers have performed for multiple schools, businesses and civic organizations.  Feel free to contact us if you would like to have presentation.
